At Sandhu Autocare, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
  • During peak periods, product launches, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Made-to-Order and Manufacturing Lead Time

Some products, such as bumpers, roof carriers, and other fabricated accessories, may be manufactured on order if they are not currently in stock.

For such products:

  • Additional manufacturing time may be required before dispatch.
  • The estimated production and delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer by phone, WhatsApp, or email after the order is placed.
  • Dispatch will take place only after the product is ready.

By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended lead time communicated by our team.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India and may offer international shipping for selected products, subject to availability and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders (if available): 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product, dimensions, weight, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or operational disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Returned or Undelivered Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Record a complete unboxing video from the sealed package opening.
  2. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  3. Contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges applicable in their country.
